CHALLENGE

Birmingham City set out to reposition hospitality as the best seat in the house for football, connection and occasion. The brief was to create a film that sells the feeling of a match day from the moment you walk through the door to the final whistle. We needed to hero the new spaces, the quality of the food and service, and the proximity to the action, all while keeping the heart of St Andrew’s. The goal was to show that a hospitality season ticket is not just a table and a view. It is a year of shared moments with clients, colleagues, friends and family in a venue that feels unmistakably Blues.

OUTCOME

We built a story that moves from quiet anticipation to crowd lift. Opening details ground the viewer in tactile moments. Hands on the rail, a smile at the welcome, glasses set, plates dressed. The camera walks the route a guest takes, through lounges and suites and into bowl side views, intercut with match action and celebrations. Typography anchors key lines on screen to keep the rhythm tight and the messaging clear. Sound design layers kitchen sizzle, bar ambience and rising crowd noise to carry energy into the stadium. Grading keeps a modern hospitality finish in the lounges and true club colours on the pitch. The result is a premium, emotive sales piece that blends hospitality excellence with the raw pulse of a Blues match day and positions a season ticket as the smartest way to own every moment of the season.
